How and where do we store your data?

  • Mailchimp – Client newsletters. We hold and manage details about your name, email address and phone number
  • Optimise Accountants App – Client portal to access videos, guides and notification of events and tax legislation changes. We hold and manage details about your name, email address and phone number.
  • Practice Ignition – Our contract management system. We hold and manage details about your name, email address and phone number about you and your associated companies
  • TaxCalc – for accounts & tax computations. We hold and manage your personal data such as name, address, date of birth, national insurance numbers and tax reference codes about you and associated companies
  • Xero – Online book keeping system where we record our financial income and expenditure. We will send invoices to clients for the services that we provide. We hold and manage details about your name, email address and phone number
  • Zoho CRM – Customer Relationship Management system. We store and manage your personal data such as name, address, date of birth, national insurance numbers and tax reference codes about you and associated companies

Accessing your data

You are entitled to make a Subject Access Request under the GDPR.  This means that you may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, free of charge. We will provide any or all information in response to your request
