Do you want to make a difference in society?

Would you like £100K to start or grow your social enterprise business?

The Decide Now Act (DNA) Profit with Purpose Prize has been launched and offers a staggering £100,000 to businesses that makes the biggest difference in society. Run in collaboration with social enterprise-focused venture capital firm Bridges Ventures, the competition is seeking entries from ambitious start-ups aged two years and under, with a passion for driving positive social or environmental change.

The winner will be announced at the DNA Summit in London on June 13. The UK has seen a growing trend in projects to support social entrepreneurship, such as the government’s Social Incubator Fund, which has so far backed projects including Wayra UnLtd and Bethnal Green Ventures, and Big Issue Invest’s Tech for Good Challenge, which aims to provide £50,000 to 10 tech-based social start-ups.
